Return Time
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Products older than 30 days will no longer be accepted for return.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed, and all tags and packaging are intact.
In some cases, customized or specific categories of products may not be returnable, please check the specific instructions before purchasing.
Return Process
Please contact our customer service team by emailing abdinor@furryloom.store with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return address.

Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Costs
The initial shipping fee is not refundable. If your order is eligible for free shipping, the refund amount will be deducted from the actual shipping cost.
- Special circumstances
If the goods you receive are defective or wrong, you will not be responsible for the shipping costs, and we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.
Please check the goods immediately after receiving them. If you find any problems, please contact us within 7 days.
